Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using HotelBook, you agree to these terms and conditions and applicable subscription agreements.

HotelBook provides hotel management software for authorized users. Access is granted according to subscription terms and assigned user roles.

Account holders are responsible for safeguarding credentials and ensuring authorized staff use the platform appropriately.

Subscription plans, billing cycles and payment terms are defined at purchase. Feature availability may vary by plan.

Customers are responsible for the accuracy of property configuration, booking records and guest information entered into the system.

Reports and integrations depend on data entered by hotel staff. HotelBook does not guarantee outcomes based on incomplete or incorrect records.

We aim to maintain reliable service but scheduled maintenance or unforeseen interruptions may occur.

HotelBook software, branding and documentation remain the property of the service provider unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Integrations such as Hotel Eye Portal are subject to third-party availability, configuration and terms.

Users may not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation or use HotelBook for unlawful purposes.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, HotelBook is provided without warranties beyond those explicitly stated in customer agreements.

Access may be suspended or terminated for non-payment, misuse or breach of these terms, subject to applicable notice where required.

HotelBook may suspend access temporarily for maintenance, security review or investigation of suspected misuse.

These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
